| Villa Buena Vista is a spectacular villa with absolute first class, top of the line finishes and furnishings. It is luxurious yet comfortable. The villa was completed and first let in April 2005, so it is in perfect condition. The villa received its name because of its fabulous views to the sea, mountains and the Moorish castle of Salobrena. The views can be enjoyed from throughout the villa and all of the terraces. The castle is illuminated at night. It is picture perfect!
The villa has a striking, open plan living room with double height cathedral ceilings & 9 glass block windows high up on the surrounding walls that allow the beautiful cobalt blue skies of Andalucia to be enjoyed even from inside. This villa is great for a large group because it can sleep 9 people and between the roof top terrace, the lounge terrace & the pool terrace, there is space for everyone! You will be comfortable here no matter what time of year you come as we have both central air conditioning and heating and a heated pool. Your comfort is of utmost importance to us.
|  | The villa is situated on a sunny south facing plot in a private community above the still truly Spanish town of Salobrena. Beaches, restaurants & shops are 5 minutes away. A community centre is a close walk away yet it is far enough away that you dont hear any noise from this area. There you will find a tennis court, table tennis, a childrens pool, playground, a separate large pool, a football pitch and a basketball hoop. This is great place for children to use up their extra energy.
The villa has a heated private pool with safety enclosures to ensure young children dont accidentally fall in. There is a beautiful rustic style covered porch with wood beamed ceiling and a stone clad wall next to the pool. This area, along with the surrounding sunny terraces, is really the heart of the home and where our guests spend the majority of their time as there is an outdoor kitchen here and gas barbeque.
